Marketing Director (FT) (posted 5/15/2018): This position is focused on the generation of revenue from multiple sources, including attracting new customers, retaining current customers, and promoting fundraising. A strong candidate will have an assortment of technical skills including WordPress, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, SEO, social-media marketing, online-reputation management, etc. A strong candidate will also possess strategic skills and will be able to manage press relations, develop multi-year strategic marketing plans, plan and execute high-stakes events, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication. This position is part of the school’s executive leadership team, collaborates with other administration on efforts pertaining to enrollment management and fundraising, and supervises the Admissions Office. On-Call Front Office Position (PT) (posted 5/2/18): Seeking hourly assistance in the front office. This is not a regular schedule. The need is to cover sick or PTO days for front office staff, help on teacher In-service days, summer & holiday office hours and days when multiple major events are occurring. Prior knowledge of office procedures is helpful. Accompanist/Music Class Assistant (PT) (posted 4/30/2018) In addition to playing the piano for music classes, the music class assistant will lead choral section rehearsals, oversee organizational tasks (roll taking, music library, printed programs, etc.), and serve as an assistant instructor to the Music Teacher. Understanding of the Kodály music teaching methodology is preferred. Positions are open for assisting in both elementary (K-3) and upper grades (7-12). Accompanist for the Heritage Youth Chorus (PT) (posted 4/30/2018) The Youth Chorus accompanist will play challenging literature on both the piano and the organ for the Youth Chorus — the touring choir of the Heritage Youth Choirs. Weekly rehearsals are held Mondays from 3:30-5:00 p.m. (with additional rehearsals scheduled as needed.) The Youth Chorus tours each year in June. Must have an enduring love of youth, love of teaching, and love of the Restored Gospel.

JV Boys Basketball Coach (PT) (posted 3/29/2018): Minimum two-years’ experience, preferably in a formal middle or high school P.E. teaching/coaching setting, bachelor’s degree preferred. Athletic Director (FT/PT) (posted 3/1/18): Minimum two-year’s experience, preferably in a formal high school setting as an Athletic Director and experience working in the UHSAA. Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred, but not required. The Athletic Director will have oversight of the afterschool athletic programs for all middle school and high school athletics including supervision of all personnel in developing and maintaining a viable program. The Athletic Director will work directly with the Assistant Principal over athletics in personnel matters. This position requires a vast set of administrative, organizational and communication skills that give the Athletic Director the ability to work with and cooperate with other staff members, parents, and students. Candidates must be self-motivated and well organized. Needs to portray experiences in the areas of Physical Education, athletics, scheduling and coaching skills.
