Sr. Spelling Bee Words (4th - 8th Grades)
The American Heritage School spelling bee information:
• AHS class spelling bees are scheduled and held by each individual teacher in his/her class.
• The 1st and 2nd classroom bee winners advance to the next level of competition with the 3rd place winner preparing to act as an alternate if needed.
• The AHS Junior Bee for the 2nd & 3rd grades will be Tuesday, October 26th from 8:40 – 9:40 a.m. in the auditorium. The 1st and 2nd place winners from this bee will advance to the Senior Bee competition while the 3rd place winner prepares to be an alternate if needed.
• The AHS Senior Bee competition will be Tuesday, November 9, 2010 from 8:40 -10:00 a.m. and will consist of the 1st and 2nd place winners from the Junior Bee as well as the 1st and 2nd place winners from all the 4th - 8th grade classes.
• The 1st place winner from the Senior Bee will advance to the state competition. It is sponsored by The Daily Herald.
