Susan Dayley loves the Principle Approach that is taught at American Heritage School. She taught Kindergarten and 3rd grade at American Heritage of Spanish Fork for several years. There she began her own journey of life-time learning, applying the 4-ring to every subject. When she was hired to teach a 5/6th grade classroom at Liahona they let her write her lesson plans and she chose the F.A.C.E. curriculum because it places character development as high as academic excellence. Susan actually enjoys teaching sentence diagramming almost as much as literature and history. Susan has been married over 30 years to her best friend. They have two children and one grandchild. They enjoy hiking and have recently “discovered” slot canyons. She is the author of Redemption, the story of Jonah and has two romantic mysteries coming out in 2013. She is also working on the history of Hezekiah and has recently enrolled in classes at UVU to continue her education.
