K-3 Parent Teacher Conferences

Kindergarten through Third Grade Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held Wednesday and Thursday, April 22 and 23. Parents may schedule conferences according to the following priority sign up schedule:

Wednesday, 4/15 - Priority scheduling for families with 5 or more children currently enrolled at the School;
Thursday, 4/16 - Priority scheduling for families with 4 or more children currently enrolled at the School;
Friday, 4/17 - Priority scheduling for families with 3 or more children currently enrolled at the School;
Saturday, 4/18 through Tuesday 4/21 - Open scheduling for all families.

(Teachers and administrators were invited to sign up in advance of the general parent registration to help coordinate their conference schedules as teachers.)

Priority scheduling is done on the "honor" system. The purpose of priority scheduling is to offer some assistance to families with multiple children at the school in scheduling contiguous appointments. We remind you that, especially for families with multiple children at the school, it can be difficult to keep multiple coordinated appointments if conferences extend past their scheduled time. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, please understand that the meeting will still need to end at the designated time (most are in 15 minute increments). If you need more time, you may always reschedule with the teachers.

Ultimately, it is the teachers' responsibility to stay on schedule; however, given that it is a team effort, we are emphasizing to teachers and parents our efforts to stay on schedule. These are very long days for teachers but we absolutely love to meet with parents and appreciate your taking the time that you do to come speak with us about your children's progress!

Parent Teacher Conference Sign-Up Instructions:

Click on a teacher's name (below). Find an open time slot of your choice and click on the blank cells next to that time slot to type your name, student's name, and any comments desired. Please note that the Wednesday, October 15 schedule is below the Tuesday, October 14 schedule, and can be accessed by simply scrolling-down the page.

There is no "Save" button since every change is saved in "real time" (instantaneously). You need only close or exit the browser when you are done, and you can log back on to this link anytime you wish to update or view the current status of your schedule.
