This role entails assisting the Director of Finance with various accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, document archival, etc. A strong candidate will be familiar with accounting cycles, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and will possess other basic computer skills. A strong candidate will also possess good customer relations, other interpersonal skills, and will be detail-oriented. Prior work experience, relevant training, and educational credentials will be among the many factors considered in assessing a candidate’s ability to learn quickly and make a positive contribution.
